Kim Ji-Seon
Abstract
Transient global amnesia (TGA) is characterized by abrupt onset temporary dysfunction of anterograde and retrograde amnesia without other neurologic deficits. We encountered a postpartum 38-year-old woman who developed amnesia. She had a Cesarean section delivery 5 days ago and presented with repetitive questioning, and short term memory dysfunctions. She returned to the completely normal state after 6 hours. We report a patient with TGA after Cesarean section delivery.
